Hello, I am Liz.

I am currently living my dream of being wife, mom, fur mom, and photographer. My father retired Air Force in Colorado Springs in 1995 and I have been here ever since, minus a couple semesters of college spent in beautiful Hawai'i, and a few others spent in Greeley, CO. While my declared major was a Bachelor of Art degree, with an emphasis in Photography, life took me elsewhere, but I had always dreamt of one day being a photographer.

People always loved my photos and suggested I make a career of it, but for some reason it just wasn't the right time. Then one day I had an idea about Pawtraits, photographing the life of beloved fur family from beginning to end. I also wanted to photograph people, not just furry friends. That is where Pawtraits and Portraiture was born. One day, I finally decided to take the leap, and I am thrilled to be on this journey. The whole process from beginning to end brings me so much joy and having my photos on walls, in people's homes, is a true honor.
